Kirsty has been with Sam since 2004. Kirsty is incredibly experienced and talented at her role. For all settlement and after sales requirements Kirsty is a great asset to the firm, a lovely person too. Astute Manly is privileged to have such longevity with a wonderful, kind and hard-working soul.
After many years taking what we felt as a safe and cautious approach to our finances, sticking with one of the “Big four” banks for all our financial needs, we decided we need to look into other options. We knew we could be getting a better deal with our mortgage and the bank we were with weren’t going out of their way to help.

I had my first dealings with Sam, Kirsty and Claire two years ago, after I was unable to secure finance from several banks to settle a divorce arrangement. They were recommended to me by an existing client who suggested; “If Sam can’t get it done, no one can”. Due to my situation, finance was very difficult to secure, but they were very determined to succeed.
